Presented by successful and experienced business owners and subject experts, this program will benefit intuitive business owners and managers who are looking for ways to grow their businesses in 2016 and beyond.

As a result of this dynamic and hands-on program, you will:

  2. Identify and understand some of the factors that have been impeding your growth. You will have a plan to overcome these.
  3. You will have documented plans to achieve your sales and profit growth objectives.
  4. Have gained essential knowledge and skills to help achieve these objectives
  5. Have renewed confidence and be inspired to turn your business into a highly profitable, revenue-generating machine that practically runs itself

Starting soon and will run weekly from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm and for 7 weeks

Introduction:

This program is designed for existing micro and small businesses. The objective is to help these businesses become stable, financially strong and growing businesses. This program will be delivered over a seven week period through five workshops and two one-on-one coaching sessions.

The cost of this program includes the five 3-hour workshops and two 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions, all materials, notes and templates. Because of the subsidy, the investment per participating business is just $550 for two people from the same business or $450 for one participant (GST not included).

Early Bird Registration: A 15% discount (for the complete program only) if you register and pay 21 days before program start.

If you wish to attend any of the selected workshops we may accommodate your request based on vacancies. Each workshop will cost $165 per attendee.

Program of Delivery:

Workbook, notes & templates will be supplied to each participant.

Session 1 (3 Hour Workshop) – Managing potential (Understand how to assess and verify the potential for the business to grow. This will be assessed in monetary, staffing and cost terms).

Session 2 (3 Hour Workshop) – Managing expectations (Help understand the need for setting goals correctly, overcome Self Limiting Beliefs and to come up with an Action Plan with dates and responsibility to achieve the growth objectives).

Session 3 (60 minute one-on-one coaching) – Help each business to identify gaps in knowledge/funding/staffing/and other resources and consolidate the Goals & Actions.

Session 4 (3 Hour Workshop) – Managing demand and increasing revenue (Concepts of Marketing, On-line Marketing & Social Media Marketing. Selling & Negotiating).

Session 5 (3 Hour Workshop) – Managing Money, business performance & personal time (Concepts of Cash-flow & Credit Management, Business Process Improvement and Time Management & Productivity).

Session 6 (3 Hour Workshop) – Managing Staffing & Retention, Risk and Customer Retention (Concepts of Recruiting & Retention of Staff, Performance Reviews, Succession Planning & Risk Management and on delivering Total Customer Satisfaction).

Session 7 (60 minute one-on-one coaching) – Managing the future (Work with each business on an individual basis to deal with specific issues and to agree on the Action Plans, the milestones and how growth will be monitored).
